Sacred Heart’s religious education program welcomes new students at any time. Classes are twice a month following the 10:00 AM Sunday Liturgy. Fees are $50 for a family of any size. Sacred Heart recognizes the scheduling challenges facing families. Our sacramental programs allow flexibility to meet families’ needs. Sacred Heart supports the role of parents as the primary teachers of the faith.

A recent parent survey indicated that parents’ number one desire is for their children to learn moral values. During the year, Sacred Heart will provide speakers for parents and adults on Catholic moral teaching. The classroom curriculum centers on Liturgy and scripture readings. To further understanding of the Bible, there will be adult programming on the writers of the Old Testament and the New Testament Gospels.

To address the needs of the wider community, Kevin M. Kozin, MTS, LISCW, will speak on Oct. 27, at 7:00 in the Parish Center on “Helping Children Develop Morals that Last.” All are Welcome.
