Community Announcement: School Committee / Community Conversation Forums. The School Committee is launching a series of conversations with the community starting on June 17, 7-9pm at LHS Library

The School Committee is launching an initiative to create new formats for meeting and engaging with parents, families, and community members. This will include opportunities for School Committee members to do outreach into school buildings and community centers to listen, get feedback, and have conversations with community members in smaller settings. The first event will be:

Lexington High School Library
Main Building Room 151, 251 Waltham St.

The aim of this forum will be to get feedback and input into topics, formats, and ideas for the School Committee in its planning for the next school year. In the June session, School Committee members will break into small group discussions with community members around specific topic areas.

We hope you will join us on June 17th. If you can’t make it, we look forward to seeing you next year as we roll out more outreach sessions in the community.
