Dear citizens of Lexington —
I am writing this letter to support and endorse Deepika Sawhney‘s re-election to School Committee and Town Meeting (precinct 6). Her love, passion and hard work for the children’s education we love is well known as evidenced in her bio. Lexington is embarking on a new high school building project and going through many challenging issues so her presence will maintain that momentum of continuity. She has been a resident of Lexington for more than 25 years and her children’s attended Lexington schools, where she helped as Fiske Elementary School PTO president from 2012 – 2014, William Diamond Middle School PTA member, and Lexington High School PTO member.
Her back ground in education at Harvard Graduate School Of Education, Ed.M, Education Policy and Management, 2022 has and will further help the students education in competing globally.
On top of all that, she has been volunteering in Lexington in many departments, so let us please vote for Sawhney for Lexington as an extraordinary educator and passionate town member and be proud.
