Munroe Center for the Arts Invites the Community to a Gallery Reception for the Student Art Show

Munroe Center for the Arts (MCA) invites the community to a public gallery reception for this year’s Student Show, on Thursday, June 12 from 6:30 – 8:30 pm. The show features teens’ visual art and works from adult ceramics students as well. Come see a wide variety of artwork from Laurel Smith’s “In Your Hands” teen artists studio class, including paintings and collages. While Judith Cooper’s adult ceramicists display pieces both whimsical and functional.
The gallery reception is free and open to the public. The MCA Student Show is up now through June 15. The Munroe Arts gallery is located on the middle floor of the MCA building (1403 Massachusetts Ave, Lexington), just up the stairs, and open during regular business hours: M – F, 9 am-5 pm.
