Diamond Middle School Fall Play: “Shake It Up! A Shakespeare Mashup”

In Shake It Up! A Shakespearean Mashup some of Shakespeare’s most well-known scenes, monologues and sonnets are shaken up and mashed together to create a fast-paced and lighthearted comedy. Your favorite Shakespearean characters mingle with players and stagehands at London’s contemporary Globe Theatre. Enjoy an evening of sword fights, slapstick and heart-felt performances! This show is fantastic for introducing Shakespeare’s characters to young audiences and a lot of fun for those who are already avid Shakespeare fans.

The show will be performed at Diamond Middle School in Lexington, MA on Thursday, November 7th, Friday, November 8th and Saturday, November 9th at 7PM in the auditorium.

Tickets can be purchased at CUR8.com (online ticketing service) or at the door on the night of the show. Tickets are general admission for $5.00 each. Auditorium doors will open at 6:30.

Tickets go on sale on Oct. 26.
