Come view Munroe Center for the Arts’ latest gallery show – Nocturnal Reveal: Photographers in the Night, on view now through mid-March. The show features an amazing collection of moments and landscapes at night, from acclaimed photographers Bob Avakian, Shehab Hossain, and Zoe Perry-Wood.

Shehab’s art defines him as “a natural storyteller” by creating a “unique look on old places” that “we are accustomed to seeing in daylight.” Bob’s work acts largely as an homage to Martha’s Vineyard, frequently acting as an “exploration of the solitude of the night and the rural habitat.” As a studio artist at the Munroe Center, Zoe’s work focuses on the effects of water and the smudging and smearing of long exposures.

The MCA Gallery is located on the middle floor of the building at 1403 Massachusetts Ave in Lexington and is open during regular business hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Parking can be found in the lot behind the building or along Massachusetts Ave. For more info, please visit http://www.munroecenter.org/in-the-gallery.
