Community Announcement: LexFarm Doubles the Buying Power of People in Need — and You Can Help

Fighting hunger has always been central to LexFarm’s mission. In 2025, LexFarm donated over 6,000 pounds of fresh produce to local hunger relief partners like Food Link, the Lexington Food Pantry, and Arlington EATS. But our work goes beyond donations.

Through our SNAP Match Program — supported by Cambridge Savings Bank, Whole Foods Market, and generous individuals like you— LexFarm doubles every SNAP dollar spent on produce, up to $10 per visit, putting more healthy food within reach for local families. SNAP and HIP benefits are also accepted year-round, making fresh produce accessible even when most farms and farmers’ markets are closed.

Now, through our Feed Local, Give Local campaign, we’re raising $20,000 to continue and expand the SNAP Match Program. Your support will help us double the buying power of those in need.
