We have been Lexington residents for the last 33 years and have known the Creech family all that time. Living in a house in the town center, built in 1870, has been a fantastic and unique experience.

We have learned much from Bob about “by-right” zoning and the potential undesirable outcomes it might pose to the town center’s historic character if allowed. “By-right” zoning allows only what the developer agrees are reasonable changes to what the developer proposes. We support Bob’s position to remove the town center from the MBTA Zoning.  We often discuss his work and are impressed with his efforts, devotion and knowledge of the many factors governing the town zoning.

We and the Town are fortunate to have someone like Bob Creech as a member of the Planning Board who provides integrity, honesty and a willingness to balance the many forces that drive our democratic process.
