Mystic Chorale invites all who love to sing to participate in this fall’s exciting MYSTIC OUTSIDE THE BOX sing-along series. Each week from September 9 – November 11, a different dynamic leader will lead a Sing with a unique theme, including Broadway, Gospel, Africa, Pop, Songs of Justice, Folk, Beatles, Paul Simon and more.
The lineup of guest leaders includes Nick Page, Mike Pfitzer, Jonathan Singleton, Donnell Patterson, Mary Cunningham, Louise Grasmere and Linda Shoemaker, Linda Brown-San Martin, Gary Backstrom, and Quinn Eastburn and Arlea Forbes-Prater.
Mystic’s goal is to gather as a singing community—not with singers who are already part of the chorus’ community—but also with new folks who want to give Mystic a try.
Singers are invited to attend one, a few, or all events in the series. The Sings will be held on Tuesday nights, starting September 9, 7:30 to 9 p.m. at First Parish Unitarian Universalist Church at 630 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington.
A discounted pass to the full series is $115. Participants may also buy tickets for individual Sings in advance for $15 or for $20 at the door.
