Join the Lexington Human Services Department & Lexpride for an author talk and panel discussion highlighting the history of the LGBTQIA+ community’s ability to create safe spaces through history and what that looks like today. This event will be held on Saturday March 29th 1:00 – 2:30 pm, at the Cary Memorial Building- 1605 Mass Ave.

Sarah Boyer, author of “Coming Out, Becoming Ourselves: Lesbian stories from the Boston Daughters of Biliitis, 1969-1999” will host a talk, followed by a panel discussion of community members of varying identities with various perspectives to share on finding space spaces and inclusivity despite the challenges it takes to create them
