This new weekly studio class for kids in grades 1-3 is taught by creative teen mentors and provides so much fun making 3D art. Students will be guided through structural, STEAM-based projects each session. Throughout each meeting, students will develop their art skills, as well as problem-solving, teamwork, and fine motor skills.

This class is run in collaboration with Lexington High School’s Munroe Art Mentors Club. President & LHS sophomore Hannah Sul is excited to develop more opportunities for local students to connect after joining Munroe Center for the Arts as a volunteer and summer camp counselor. The club encourages local teens to get involved in the arts, participate in the community, and develop leadership experiences as positive role models for younger students.
