The Town of Lexington recognizes the month of September as Suicide Prevention Month. The Lexington Human Services Department is providing events that will provide free resources to the public.

Join us in person at the Lexington Community Center on September 9 from 1:15 PM to 2:15 PM, or virtually on September 23 from 6:30 to 7:30, for an education program centered around the most up-to-date research on suicide causes and prevention, and how you can make a difference. |
QPR – Question, Persuade, Refer
Suicide Prevention Training
Learn how to recognize and respond to the warning signs of suicide through this QPR training. The training will take place virtually on September 10 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM, AND in person at the Lexington Community Center on September 24 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
