Come celebrate the joy and power of gospel music at Mystic Chorale’s annual concert, led by the incomparably energetic Donnell Patterson, on Feb. 25 at 7:30 p.m. at Cary Hall in Lexington. Enjoy the knock-your-socks-off experience of hearing 150 Mystic singers along with featured soloist, Christine DeVaughn, and musicians, Adonis Martin (keys), Domenic Davis (bass), and Jamaal Shoffner (drums).  

Donnell explains the Simply Amazing theme: “This concert highlights the incredible pandemic hurdles we all have amazingly endured; the hopefulness in Gospel music that transcends boundaries of race and ideology in amazing ways; and the family, friends and loved ones in our lives that who amaze us with their grace.”

The program includes 12 Gospel gems, both traditional and contemporary.

If you have ever attended a Mystic Gospel performance, you know you are in for another glorious musical treat. If you have not yet, you will not want to miss this Simply Amazing experience!!
