Lexington’s Planning Office invites all residents and community members to participate in a creative housing workshop. This will be a collaborative planning exercise where all community members are invited to consider locations for higher density housing.

A new state law demands that MBTA-served communities adopt zoning that allows multi-family housing (a building for 3+ dwellings).

Please join us for an interactive mapping workshop, open conversation, and citizen planning effort to help determine possible locations for multi-family housing zoning districts. Participants will be provided with an introduction of the law and will be asked to identify possible zoning districts on maps.
