Track & Field Winter Clinic (Middle School)

While the Diamond and Clarke Cross County / Track & Field programs dominate in the fall and the spring, there have been no opportunities to participate in organized track & field during the winter in Lexington. Beginning in 2023, the LHS XC/Track program decided to change that.
Our Winter Clinic provides middle school-aged kids a fun, pressure-free environment to train with the LHS coaches and work directly with our student-athletes, who will become their teammates at the high school. At the clinic, we play games, work on some track & field specific events, and finish with a track meet and prizes. Just as important, the clinic also allows our high school students the opportunity to mentor the next generation of kids in town.
This clinic is open to middle school students aged eleven (11) to fourteen (14) and runs December 26th to 28th from 3-6 pm at the Lexington High School Field House. Please use the QR code above to register your child for our clinic.
