Track & Field Elemntary School Winter Clinic

In an effort to make the sport we love accessible to kids of all ages, the Lexington High School Track & Field team hosts an annual spring clinic for elementary school aged kids.

The clinic offers participants the opportunity to experience a fun, pressure free environment to train with the LHS coaches and work directly with our student-athletes. At the clinic we play games, work on some track & field specific events, and finish the clinic with a track meet and prizes. Just as important, our clinics provide an opportunity for the high school students to work with and mentor the next generation of kids in Track & Field.
