Some Like It Hot – Hot Sauces & Beer Cheeses

Come learn about and taste your way through the world of hot sauces, from the mild to the totally hot, and everything in between.

This tongue-tingling journey will be cooled by an assortment of wonderful beer cheeses, made from some of the most iconic craft beers in America & Europe. Taught by Mustard Museum Board Member Ken Zuckerman, this tour de force will cover the botany, science, and pop cultural facets of the exploding hot sauce revolution in America, and while we will enjoy a plethora of beer cheeses, no actual beer will be served – so suitable for inquisitive teens who love spicy food! This class directly benefits the National Mustard Museum, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit.
