(Peri)Menopause Therapies Unlocked

January 14 @ 6:30 pm - 9:00 pm EST
$20

An Evening of Education and Community Support for Women 40+

This January, the Lexington women’s community will hear directly from menopause-certified physicians and trusted women’s health experts who specialize in caring for women navigating hormonal shifts. They will explore what’s really happening in your body during this transition and highlight both conventional and integrative therapies that can make a meaningful difference.

Led by Lexington resident and perimenopause coach Catherine Walter, this grassroots event gives women in their 40s, 50s, and beyond clear, practical guidance on therapies, treatment options, and everyday strategies to feel more in control of their health.

Following last year’s sold-out Menopause Therapies Unlocked event, this year’s program will highlight what’s new in peri/menopause care and aims to demystify the entire hormonal transition so you can feel informed, empowered, and supported at every stage.

Attendees will learn how to understand shifting hormones, evaluate treatment and therapy options, and make informed decisions to support their weight, energy, mood, sleep, and long-term health.

Catherine works with women across Lexington and Greater Boston and has built a growing community focused on connection, education, and empowerment. This event is presented in partnership with local businesses dedicated to supporting women’s health and community connection, including:

  • Lexington Chamber of Commerce
  • Bella Santé
  • Fitness Together Lexington
  • Post 1917
  • Il Casale Lexington

Along with national partners supporting menopause education and women’s health advocacy, including:

  • Alloy Health, a leading telehealth menopause care provider
  • Lume, a woman-founded personal care brand
  • Tamsen Fadal, national menopause education advocate and author

Whether you’re entering perimenopause, in the thick of it, or navigating health changes after menopause, you will walk away with practical tools, clarity, and a supportive community of women who get it.
