Munroe Center for the Arts’ LexLux Kick Off Party

Make your way to Depot Square/Emery Park in Lexington with your lantern or flashlight for this free, community kick-off party for LexLux! There will be a community light sculpture project, LED spirograph portraits, an interactive light display, campfire and hot chocolate, animated projection mapping onto the Depot building, and a group drone photo to capture it all!

Saturday night’s celebration kicks off LexLux – two weeks of illuminations along the Lexington Cultural District from East Lexington to Worthen Rd. 

In advance of the kick off event, Munroe Center for the Arts will be offering free lantern-making workshops each evening throughout the week of Jan 6, in coordination with community partner organizations.
