Middle School Winter Clinic Hosted By LHS Track & Field Team

Middle school-aged kids are invited to participate in a Track & Field clinic this December hosted by the Lexington High School Track & Field coaching staff and student-athletes. Our clinic will be open to anyone currently in middle school (grades 6 to 8) and provide an opportunity for kids to get a firsthand look at what our program offers at the high school while getting to work with and build relationships with the high school team.

When: Wednesday, December 27th to Friday, December 29th from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
We will hold a cancellation date of Saturday, 12/30 from 10:00 AM-1:00 PM.

Where: The clinic will be held at the Lexington High School Field House.

Cost: $215 for all 3 days; $80 per day if registering for 1 or 2 days.

We will limit the number of participants to 60 per day.
All participants will receive a FREE t-shirt.

Our Program: The clinic will focus on five distinct event groups, and allow participants to work across each of the following:
-Sprints
-Middle/Long Distance
-Hurdles
-Jumps
-Throws

Note: all event groups will cater training towards events competed in Middle School Track & Field.
Registration will be on a first-come, first-served basis, and we cannot accommodate more than 60 kids each day in the LHS Field House, so do not wait to sign your student-athlete up!
