Middle School Track & Field Clinic

The Lexington High School Track & Field team is hosting its annual Winter Clinic from January 2nd – 4th. The Winter Clinic provides middle school-aged kids a fun, pressure-free environment to train with the LHS coaches and work directly with our student-athletes, who will become their teammates at the high school. At the clinic, we play games, work on some track & field specific events, and finish the clinic with a track meet and prizes. Just as important, the clinic also provides our high school students the opportunity to mentor the next generation of kids in town.
This clinic is open to middle school students aged eleven (11) to fourteen (14), and runs each day from 1 pm – 4 pm at the Lexington High School Field House.
