FEBRUARY FIRST FRIDAY FORUM:

A DISCUSSION OF TURF v. GRASS FOR ATHLETIC FIELDS

On February 7, 2025, we look forward to a discussion on the merits (and perils) of installing artificial turf versus natural grass on Lexington’s athletic fields. The forum will be held in Room 237 of the Lexington Community Center, beginning at 9:30 am, with time for questions and answers. More details will follow. This program is the fourth in the 2024-2025 LWV First Friday

Speakers include Melissa Batitte, Director of Recreation and Community Programs, David Pinsonneault, Director of Lexington Public Works, and a member of the Lexington Recreation Committee. More speakers are to be determined.
