Fife & Drum Music Festival

A free outdoor afternoon of music, history, and entertainment by two dozen fife and drum corps representing different eras including the Revolution, hosted by the William Diamond Junior Fife & Drum Corps of Lexington. Begins with a 250^th anniversary ceremony on the Lexington Battle Green (1624 Massachusetts Ave.) honoring the 8 Lexington patriots who fell on the Green at the Battle of Lexington in 1775. Free parking is available, and the park is within walking distance from Lexington’s historic Battle Green, the Visitors Center, and historic houses.
