Join us for a hands-on charcuterie board class, Thanksgiving-themed just in time for the holidays! This class is perfect for everyone, regardless of skill level. Learn the basics of cheese board making, including how to select the right cheeses, meats, and accompaniments. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to create stunning and delicious charcuterie boards for your next gathering.

The class includes everything to make a charcuterie board, and attendees will leave with their own completed (and ready-to-eat!) board. This class is BYOB – feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine, especially if it would pair well with the class.

About Abby:

Abby Thatcher is a passionate food enthusiast with six years of experience in crafting beautiful charcuterie boards and grazing tables for everything from book clubs to wedding cocktail hours. She started her business in 2018 and has been sharing her knowledge and expertise through small, intimate classes. She opened her little shop in Chelmsford Center in December of 2022 where she also makes sandwiches, salads, and homemade lemonades.
