Colonial Music and Dance (Grades 3-5)

At 18th-century taverns like the Munroe Tavern in Lexington, listening to music and dancing provided fun for all ages! Children would frequently learn specialized dances that would show off their education in public and would keep up the skill for the rest of their lives. In this interactive program, join us to learn some simple songs and dance moves that you may have heard in the tavern during the American Revolution.

$15 members, $20 nonmembers.
