“Asian Jumping Worms Have Arrived” with Elizabeth Barnes, Presented by Lexington Field & Garden Club

Elizabeth Barnes, Forest Pest Outreach Coordinator, will be speaking on the environment and cause problems for the ecosystem and the economy. Asian jumping worms are an invasive species that can change the soil structure and cause problems for plant growth. This presentation will cover the biology and impacts of these worms, as well as how to reduce the risk of their spread.
