Grateful thanks are in order for the local long-established business “Mal’s Servicenter” on Massachusetts Avenue. Very unexpectedly my car was recently rear-ended and totaled in afternoon rush hour traffic on I-95. Though after regular business hours, Jimmy responded with a towing trailer rig, and a positive, reassuring attitude to assist this senior driver at a stressful time, hours from home. Despite long work hours, he patiently guided me to collect overnight belongings, settled me to await a ride at the nearby rest area facility and secured the wrecked car to be emptied out the following day. His kindness and assistance were so greatly appreciated! Other employees encountered onsite the next day were equally helpful and friendly.
