Cary Library Foundation “Take Flight” Gala

You’re invited to join Cary Library Foundation for an evening of fun and festivities at the “Take Flight” Gala on Saturday, April 6, from 7-10 PM, at Cary Library!

The Gala will raise funds for ChiRP, the renovation of Cary Library’s Children’s Room and Lower Level. It’s an opportunity for the Lexington community to enjoy an evening with live music, dancing, drinks and dinner bites.
What is ChiRP all about?

● Create more flexible spaces in the Children’s Room to accommodate the increased demand for children’s programs and provide greater accessibility and safety.
● Transform the Large Meeting Room to enable innovative cooking, science, and other creative programming designed for all ages through the addition of a demonstration kitchen, new technologies, and maker space storage.
● Represent a public/private partnership with the Town of Lexington to fund the renovation of the library’s lower level.
