Troop 83234 recently completed the Cadette First Aid badge, which included an HSI Child & Babysitting Safety Course and an in-person training with Lexington Firefighters. The girls learned how to use their first aid kits, practiced the D.E.P.T. method for bleeding control, and reviewed injury prevention, shock response, and hot/cold-weather care.
