On Saturday, Feb. 4, 2023, CALex (Chinese Americans of Lexington) will host a community party at Grace Chapel in Lexington in celebration of the Lantern Festival and CALex’s fifth anniversary. The Lantern Festival traditionally concludes the Chinese New Year celebrations.

This gathering will combine a potluck with performances featuring lion dance, local singers, dancers, and musicians. At the event, CALex will also recognize recipients of the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) and others who have made significant contributions to the community.

Doors open at 5:30 p.m. and the event ends at 8:30 p.m. Come and enjoy great food and festivity.

Spaces are limited and admission fees apply. Pre-registrations are required. For details, please email contact@calexma.org.

On behalf of everyone at CALex, we wish you abundant happiness and prosperity in the Year of the Rabbit!
