By the end\, you’ll leave with two delicious baked goods\, ready to enjoy or share for the holiday season! \nThis class is BYOB – feel free to bring your favorite beer or bottle of wine\, especially if it would pair well with the baked goods. \nAbout Eva Badra: \nAfter studying biochemistry at Northeastern University\, Eva attended the French Culinary Institute in New York City. She received a Classical French Culinary Arts certificate\, graduating at the top of her class. Before founding Eva’s Little Kitchen\, Eva trained in 3-star Michelin and Relais & Chateaux kitchens\, gaining invaluable knowledge and training. Eva’s Little Kitchen has operated in Bedford since 2021\, growing into a 7-day-a-week operation serving handmade baked goods including croissants\, gourmet sandwiches\, and prepared foods\, while catering to many corporate and private functions. \nPlease note: If for any reason a class needs to be canceled\, we will postpone it to another date.
