DESCRIPTION:Join us for some mindfulness and animal-assisted therapy in honor of Mental Health Awareness Month! \nLexington Human Services has partnered with Chip-in Farm to offer two Goat Yoga classes here at the Community Center\, open to all abilities. \nThis event is on Friday\, May 29\, outside on the lawn\, classes are at 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. Each class will feature an instructor-led yoga session\, time to pet the goats\, and of course\, photo ops! \n*Please bring your own yoga mat or towel if you have one. Or\, do you already know how to swing dance\, and are you looking for a place to show off your skills? Well\, then have we got an event for you! It’s our annual LHS Swing Nite!\n\nThe date is Friday\, May 29th. The location\, LHS Commons 2 (use the Waltham Street parking lot and enter through the doors by the loading dock). The schedule is as follows:\n\n7:00 – 7:45 PM Swing Dance group lesson (that’s right\, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the basics!)\n7:45 – 9:00 PM Live music (to dance to!) provided by the LHS Jazz Big Band\, the award-winning LHS Jazz Ensemble\, and our special guest\, the in-demand Beantown Swing Orchestra!\n\nTickets are available at the door\, and cost $15 for adults\, and $5 for students and senior citizens.\n\nCome join us for an amazing evening!
