SUMMARY:Fun with Fresh Indigo at LexFarm
DESCRIPTION:Join us on the farm for a family-friendly workshop all about fresh indigo! We’ll start with a visit to the indigo plants in the fields\, where we’ll learn how to harvest fresh indigo. Then\, we’ll extract indigo dye in multiple ways on silk and cotton. All materials are provided—just come ready to have fun and get your hands blue! Great for kids (ages 5+)\, teens\, and adults too! All participants under 18 must attend with an adult.  The cost of materials is included in the registration fee.  52 Lowell St\, Lexington\, in the education tent.
