SUMMARY:Free Self Defense and Awareness Seminar at Lexington Human Services
DESCRIPTION:This free self-defense and awareness seminar is designed to empower women with skills and knowledge to defend themselves. Participants will learn basic self-defense techniques and will be taught strategies to help with awareness in various environments. This course is taught by Charles Crayton Jr\, who is the chief instructor of Combined Martial Arts\, INC. Charles is a self-defense expert and is a nationally certified R.A.D. instructor. This course will increase your confidence in your individual abilities and help you stay safe. \nChief Instructor Charles Crayton\, Jr. established Combined Martial Arts in 1998. He has thirty years of experience as a law enforcement professional and is a 6th-degree black belt with Sensei Clint Berry\, Master Tabata\, and Master Lou Hopkins. \nThis program is free and sponsored by Lexington Human Services and the Lexington Recreation Department.
