DESCRIPTION:Bikeway Cleanup & Garlic Mustard Pull\n\nSunday\, May 4\, 2025\n\n\n\n\nCommunity volunteer event! Please join us for this annual event to clean up the bikeway\, which mostly involves pulling invasive garlic mustard (and this year\, some Japanese knotweed). This is a short\, but meaningful and impactful volunteer event. If you enjoy the bikeway or just like to take pride in our community\, please join us! \nTo participate\, just pick one of the six work sections and go to that starting point at 9 AM on Sunday\, May 4th. Volunteers should bring their own water\, snacks\, and gloves. GLOVES ARE A MUST!  Your section leader will provide the bags. \n\nSection 1: 201 Bedford St to Bedford town line\nSection 2: 201 Bedford to Hancock St\nSection 3: 1265 Massachusetts Ave west to Fletcher Ave\nSection 4: 1265 Massachusetts Ave east to the Maple St overpass\nSection 5: 739 Massachusetts Ave west to the Maple St overpass\nSection 6: 145 Massachusetts Ave east to the Arlington Town line\, then west to the Waldorf School\n\nEligible for community service credit for LHS!
