SUMMARY:Track & Field Elemntary School Winter Clinic
DESCRIPTION:In an effort to make the sport we love accessible to kids of all ages\, the Lexington High School Track & Field team hosts an annual spring clinic for elementary school aged kids. \nThe clinic offers participants the opportunity to experience a fun\, pressure free environment to train with the LHS coaches and work directly with our student-athletes. At the clinic we play games\, work on some track & field specific events\, and finish the clinic with a track meet and prizes. Just as important\, our clinics provide an opportunity for the high school students to work with and mentor the next generation of kids in Track & Field.

SUMMARY:Children's Reenactment
DESCRIPTION:Calling all aspiring young Patriots and Redcoats! Lexington Historical Society\, in partnership with the Lexington Minute Men and His Majesty’s 10th Regiment of Foot\, welcomes all willing participants for an interactive reenactment of the Battle of Lexington! Participants will be trained by members of the Lexington Minute Men or His Majesty’s 10th Regiment of Foot before getting the chance to march onto the historic Lexington Battle Green and reenact the first battle of the American Revolution. Guardians are encouraged to drop off their children for training and return to view the battle reenactment. After the battle\, participants will have a chance to interact with members of both the Lexington Minute Men and His Majesty’s 10th Regiment.\n\nChoose from 10:00 – 11:15 am or 12:30 – 1:45 pm.\n\n$10 per child with pre-registration\, or $15 day of (if available).\n\nTickets will be available at 12:00 am on February 1.
