Start with a scavenger hunt around the Battle Green for young historians\, beginning from the Lexington Depot or Buckman Tavern. Then\, meet living historians at Buckman Tavern to learn more about the ordinary people of 1775\, or at Munroe Tavern to hear the British Redcoats’ perspective on the day. At the Hancock-Clarke House\, learn more about Lexington’s 18th-century Black community and its role in the American Revolution and beyond.
